Your use of the Site means that you agree to these Terms & Conditions and constitutes a binding agreement between you and Punk Rave Australia.

Do not use the Site if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. References in these Terms & Conditions are exclusive to "Punk Rave Australia", "we," "us" or "our" means Punk Rave Australia. "Account holder", "user", "member", "the customer", "the client" means You.

We may at our sole discretion change, add, update or delete portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions for changes prior to use of the Site, and in any event your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

Privacy Clause

Respecting and protecting the privacy of our users of https://shop.punkrave.com.au (the "Site") is of great importance to us at Punk Rave Australia. This notice describes our policies of information collection and our use practices with respect to the Site, and highlights choices you may have about the way we use and share such information. Please read and understand this policy so that you can understand how we use your personal information.

Please be aware that if you use the Site, register in any fashion in connection with the Site, or participate in a survey, contest, sweepstakes, or other promotion available on the Site, you are agreeing to both terms of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy set forth elsewhere on the Site, each as in effect from time to time. Please also be aware we reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this policy at any time, and all such changes shall be immediately applicable.

Merchandise

Please keep in mind that while Punk Rave Australia offers Punk Rave merchandise in varying sizes for sale on the Site as well as China Based Punk Rave Items drop-shipped from China, we cannot guarantee availability of any item at a particular time. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings and stock quantities at any time. We also reserve the right to change content, features and offerings, pricing and sales, discounts and coupons and adjust accessibility of the Site at our discretion.

Minimum Return Standards

What constitutes as our minimum return standards are:

  1. The Punk Rave brand item or Punk Rave brand accessory is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it.
  2. The swing tags are still attached to the Punk Rave garment and/or Punk Rave accessory.
  3. The Punk Rave protective bag is in the same condition as when you received it.
  4. A copy of the original Punk Rave Australia invoice included in the return parcel.

What Happens When Return Items Do Not Meet Our Minimum Return Standards?

Should your return Punk Rave brand item not meet our Minimum Returns Standards, the following will occur:

  • If the Punk Rave brand item has been worn, used or washed or presents with visible evidence of prior use and/or alterations and/or damage, we will immediately ship the item back to the customer at the customer's expense. We cannot process any returns if the item has visible evidence of prior use and/or noticable perfume/body scent and/or visible damage.
  • If the original Punk Rave swing tags have been removed, cut off, torn off, destroyed and/or thrown away, we will deduct 20% from the Punk Rave item retail price - not the invoice price - as Return Repairs from your instore credit or refund. Please note the difference in Retail Price and Purchase Invoice Price.
  • If the original Punk Rave protective bag has been cut, torn, damaged, thrown away, or is missing, we will deduct 20% from the Punk Rave item retail price - not the invoice price - as Return Repairs from your instore credit or refund. Please note the difference in Retail Price and Purchase Invoice Price. All Punk Rave items are shipped to the customer with authentic original Punk Rave bags. These bags are important as they protect the item inside, and should always accompany the return item.
  • If you purchased a Punk Rave item that was on Sale, and you return that item to us without the Punk Rave swing tags still attached to the item and/or the Punk Rave protective bag is damaged, destroyed or missing, we will deduct 20% from the item's retail price - not the invoice price - as Return Repairs from your instore credit or refund. All Punk Rave brand items must have their original swing tags in place and the protective bag undamaged to receive a full instore item credit.
  • If the return Punk Rave brand item does not have a copy of the original Punk Rave Australia invoice that shows you purchased your Punk Rave brand item/s from us, we will check our records and if we are unable to find your information on our system, we will contact you to discuss where you purchased your Punk Rave brand item/s from. If you purchased your Punk Rave brand item/s from another retail source or outlet, we will ship the return Punk Rave brand item back to the customer at the customer's expense. We do not refund or provide instore credit if you purchased your Punk Rave brand item/s elsewhere.

Return Guidelines

Punk Rave Australia does not accept any delivery that does not have an authorised RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number pre-assigned to the Return parcel.

All Punk Rave brand items must be returned to Punk Rave Australia (if instructed) in the same condition in which you received them. Same Condition means: the original Punk Rave packaging is still intact and undamaged, Punk Rave swing tags are attached to the item/s and the return items have not been worn, used, altered, marked or damaged ie: cigarette smoke, makeup, lipstick, perfume, wear & tear, etc... and you include a copy of the original Punk Rave Australia invoice. Please refer to our Minimum Return Standards above.

In the unlikely event that we receive a return Punk Rave brand item and the original Punk Rave swing tags have been cut, torn off, damaged, or lost, and/or the original Punk Rave protective bag has been damaged, cut, torn, or thrown away, we will deduct 20% from your instore credit refund to replace missing or damaged Punk Rave swing tags, and/or Punk Rave protective bag.

In the event that the return Punk Rave brand item itself is damaged, altered, or shows signs of use and/or wear and tear, we will return the Punk Rave brand item back to the customer at the customer's expense as we do not accept used items under our Minimum Return Standards Policy.

14 Day 100% Happiness Promise

Punk Rave Australia offers a *conditional 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise on select Punk Rave brand items only.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Punk Rave brand item purchase, you may return your Punk Rave brand item to us for a full purchase invoice price instore credit. We only accept 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Requests that are submitted through our website within 14 days of receipt of order. We do not accept 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Requests after 14 days.

When submitting your 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Request through our website, please select "Punk Rave Item - 14 Day Happiness Promise" as the reason for return. There is no re-stocking fee when returning your Punk Rave brand item under our 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise. You will be asked for a detailed reason as to why you wish to return your item. Please complete this area thoughtfully.

Please note: if you forget to provide a valid reason for requesting to return your Punk Rave brand item, this will delay your return request approval.

Our 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise does not include:

  • Clearance Items;
  • Discontinued Items; 
  • Swimwear;
  • Kidswear;

All Punk Rave Item - 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Requests will be action in the following way:

  1. 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Request submitted via our website within 14 days of receipt of order.
  2. Tell us why you want to return the item. If you deliberately ignore this section, or forget to answer this question, doing so may delay your return approval. Providing a valid reason as to why you wish to return your purchased Punk Rave brand item does not disapprove acceptance. Your input helps us better manage our stock levels and sale events.
  3. 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Request approved and RMA allocated to customer.
  4. You must follow the instructions as outlined in your RMA email when posting your item to us.
  5. We notify you via email that we are in receipt of your return Punk Rave brand item.
  6. We review the item for salability. If the Punk Rave brand item meets our minimum standard return guidelines, we will approve the 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Request.
  7. We will credit your Punk Rave Australia account with the item's invoiced purchase price (less any discounts applied) as instore credit for you to spend however you wish on our website.

Instore credit can be used on regular price items, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Discontinued Items, Pre-Order items and Drop-Ship items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In all return cases, the Punk Rave brand item must meet our minimum return standards. Please read our Minimum Return Standards to ensure your Punk Rave brand item meets our return policy guidelines.

30 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns

Punk Rave Australia offers a No-Hassle 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return option on select Punk Rave brand items only. If, during the first 30 days of receipt of order, you are not 100% happy with your Punk Rave brand item purchase, you may return the Punk Rave brand item to us under our 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Policy.

Please note: We only accept 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Requests that are submitted through our website within 30 days days of receipt of order. We do not accept 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Requests after 30 days.

When submitting your 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request through our website, please select "Punk Rave Item - 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request" as the reason for return. You are not required to provide a reason as to why you want to return your Punk Rave brand item as Change-Of-Mind is your reason.

Our Punk Rave Item - 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request Policy does not include:

  • Clearance items;
  • Discontinued items; 
  • Swimwear;
  • Kidswear;

Please use our dedicated Return's page - link located in the footer of our website or through your "My Account >> Manage Returns" page to send us a 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request within 30 days of receipt of your order. When submitting a 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request, please select "Punk Rave Item - 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request" as the reason for returning your garment. When your 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request has been approved, you will receive a detailed email with instructions on how to return your Punk Rave item.

All Punk Rave Item - 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request will be actioned in the following way:

  1. 30 Day Change-Of-Mind return request submitted via our website within 30 days of receipt of order.
  2. You do not have to provide reason for return. Change-Of-Mind is the reason.
  3. 30 Day Change-Of-Mind return request approved and RMA allocated to customer.
  4. You must follow the instructions as outlined in your RMA email when posting your item to us.
  5. We notify you via email that we are in receipt of your returned Punk Rave brand item.
  6. We review the item for salability. If the Punk Rave brand item meets our minimum standard return guidelines, we will approve the 30 Day Change-Of-Mind return.
  7. We will credit your Punk Rave Australia account with a full item invoiced purchase price (less any discounts applied) as store credit for you to spend however you wish on our website.

For all Punk Rave Item - 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request, we will deduct 20% Off your instore credit as a restocking fee. Instore credit can be used on regular price items, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Discontinued Items, Pre-Orders and Drop-Ship orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In all cases, the return Punk Rave brand item must meet our minimum return standards. Please read our Minimum Return Standards to ensure your Punk Rave brand item meets our return policy guidelines.

Shop Now, Pay Later Returns

Customers may submit a 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise or 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request on Punk Rave brand item/s that were purchased using ZipPay, LayBuy or PayPal Pay-In-4 providing such request is submitted to us via our website within the specified dateline outlined below.

We only accept 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise and 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Requests on Punk Rave brand items only.

  • 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of order.
  • 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of order.

Please Note: We do not offer 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return Request and/or 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request on:

  • Clearance items;
  • Discontinued items; 
  • Swimwear
  • Kidswear;

Shop Now, Pay Later Return Requests as outlined above are actioned in same manner as any other return request detailed on this page:

  1. Submit your Return Request via our website and select either: Punk Rave Item - 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise or Punk Rave Item - 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request.
  2. Submit your Return Request within the acceptable timeline as outlined above.
  3. If Punk Rave Item - 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise is selected, please provide a reason as to why you wish to return an item. If you forget to provide a reason, or you choose not to complete this section, this will delay your return approval. You do not need to submit a reason when requesting returns under our Punk Rave Item - 30-Day Change-Of-Mind policy because Change-Of-Mind is the reason.
  4. We will approve your return request and issue you a RMA number.
  5. Please follow the detailed instructions as set out your RMA email for return posting of item.
  6. We will notify you via email that we are in receipt of your returned Punk Rave brand item.
  7. We review the item for salability. If the Punk Rave brand item meets our standard return guidelines, we will approve the return request.
  8. We will credit your Punk Rave account with a full item invoice purchase price (less any discounts applied) as instore credit for you to spend however you wish on our website.

There is no restocking fee when returning a Punk Rave brand item under our 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise. There is a standard 20% restocking fee with all Punk Rave Brand Item - 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns. This 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your instore credit account.

Size Exchange Requests

We understand that online shopping can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, particularly when it comes to choosing the right garment size. Punk Rave Australia offers a No-Fuss Size Exchange program on all Punk Rave brand items that will take the frustration out of online shopping.

If the Punk Rave brand item you recently purchased is too small or too large, you can drop us a Size Exchange Return Request using our Returns link in the footer of our website or through your "My Account >> Manage Returns" page. Please be aware that while we are happy to provide a different size, the shipping cost associated with Size Exchange Requests is at the customer's expense. This includes all China based Punk Rave brand items that incur International Shipping cost.

Size exchange requests must be submitted through our website within 14 days receipt of order. We do not accept any Size Exchange requests after 14 days. Size Exchange Requests fall under our Minimum Standards Return Policy. When requesting a size exchange, you cannot ask for a different item. Size exchange must match the invoiced item but in a different size from what you originally purchased. Should we not have the size available in our Australian based warehouse and/or the Punk Rave brand item is out of stock overseas, we will refund the full item invoice price (less discounts applied) back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable even if the size exchange item is out-of-stock in your next size.

Clearance & Discontinued Items - Punk Rave Brand Items

All Clearance and Discontinued Sales Are Final When Shipped.

We do not offer 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise, 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns, Size Exchange, Cash Refunds, Shop Now, Pay Later Refunds, Instore Credit on any Clearance or Discontinued item that has shipped. For Sizing Information, please read the allocated size chart for each item before purchase. Size charts can be found on the individual product page under the main product image. Size charts are provided as an additional product image.

If you have doubts about size and fit, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will help you. If the Clearance or Discontinued item has a genuine manufacturing fault, we will allocate a RMA number so we can resolve this issue fast. Please contact us as soon as you can should you discover a manufacturing flaw with your purchased item.

Free Domestic or International Shipping is not offered on Clearance or Discontinued items. The markdown for Clearance & Discontinued items are below cost price and therefore we cannot offer free shipping as well. Please kindly understand. Please read our shipping policy for more information.

Clearance Items - Full Disclosure

Punk Rave Australia advocates full disclosure on all Clearance Items. Please be aware that:

  • 95% of our Clearance stock does not have (nor use) PU Leather decorative elements, which means these garments have 'no age flaws' and are classified as: Fit For Sale.
  • 5% of our Clearance stock does, however, have PU Leather decorative elements, which means that due to the age of the garment, and the fact that the garment has never been removed from its protective dust bag before, we may find upon inspection that there is: superficial or moderate or substantial and/or a combination of all three deterioration levels that alters the visual wearability of the garment. We would classify these garments as Category B: Photos Required.

Clearance Items - Wearability

Your Options - PU Leather Elements On Clearance Items:

  1. If we believe the PU Leather Elements On Any Clearance Item has substantial deterioration that it renders the Clearance Item visually unwearable, we will inform you of our decision via your registered email address and immediately refund the Clearance Item final purchase amount back to your method of payment.
  2. If we believe the PU Leather Elements On Any Clearance Item has an isolated segment and/or a combination of superficial, moderate and substantial deterioration but such variance and/or combination does not render the item as visually unwearable, we will take close-up photos of these flaws and email you the images so that you can make a fully informed decision about your purchase.

Clearance Items - What Happens Next?

Your options - PU Leather Elements On Clearance Items:

  1. If you decide to proceed with your Clearance Item purchase, you may do so on the full understanding that you are buying the garment 'as is' and the garment's deteriorated PU leather areas will exactly match the photos we sent to your email address. Shipped Clearance orders automatically fall under our Clearance & Discontinued Policy once shipped, and cannot be returned for any reason. We do not offer: Size Exchange, Return Requests, or Refunds on shipped Clearance or Discontinued Orders. Shipping will be via Australia Post.
  2. Should you decide after reviewing our photos that you much prefer a refund - all you need do is reply to us via email and say: Please Refund Clearance Item - XXX (where XXX is the name of the PU Leather Clearance Item we sent photos for review) - and we will refund the Clearance Item's final purchase amount back to your nominated payment method.
  3. If your order consists of (1) Clearance Item and nothing else, shipping charge will be refunded.
  4. If your order has multiple Clearance Items, and you request a refund on a PU Leather Clearance Item that matches the wearability photos we sent you, paid shipping charges are non-refundable as the original shipping charge is applied to your remaining items.
  5. If your order has multiple items and Clearance Items, paid shipping charges are non-refundable as the original shipping charge is applied to your remaining items.

Please note: When it comes to our Clearance Stock, we want you to be 100% confident with your purchase. There's no surprises here. We are 100% transparent on the quality of the garment before we ship.

Drop Shipping Services - China Based Punk Rave Items

Punk Rave Australia provides direct to customer's doorstep Punk Rave brand items from Punk Rave Co. Ltd. warehouse (manufacturer) in China. We offer Free International Shipping from China to any destination in the world on any China based item valued over $150AUD.

Punk Rave Brand Items

  • Free International Shipping on all Punk Rave brand items shipped from China if item price is greater than A$150.00 after discounts, coupons and store credit has been applied..
  • Flat Rate Shipping fee on all Punk Rave brand items shipped from China if item price is less than A$150.00 after discounts, coupons and store credit has been applied.
  • 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise accepted (Swimwear & Kidswear not included).
  • 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Requests accepted (Swimwear & Kidswear not included).
  • Size Exchange accepted (Swimwear not included).
  • Time Extension Returns accepted (Swimwear & Kidswear not included).

Customers are required to pay the International Shipping cost to have their Punk Rave Size Exchange brand item shipped to their nominated shipping address. The Size Exchange Shipping cost will be issued to the customer as a manual PayPal Invoice. This will be in AUD Currency for domestic customers, and USD for International customers.

Please Note: Your size exchange item will be not shipped until the manual PayPal Invoice is paid in full, and funds marked as cleared in our account.

Punk Rave Australia is not liable for any International duties, taxes, fees, tariffs or import charges associated with International Drop-Shipping Orders and/or Size Exchange requests. Please kindly understand our terms before purchasing a China Based drop-ship item. International Shipping Charges are non-refundable. In all cases, all return Punk Rave brand item/s must meet our minimum return standards. Please read our Minimum Return Standards to ensure your item meets our return policy guidelines.

How To Return Punk Rave Brand Items

  1. The customer must contact us to express intent to return a Punk Rave brand item via our dedicated Returns page - link is located in the footer of our website or through your "My Account >> Manage Returns" page.
  2. A RMA number is issued to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the RMA number is placed on the outside of the shipping package in a highly visible position. Punk Rave Australia does not accept any returns without an authorised RMA number visible on the package.
  3. The item is shipped to us at the customer's expense. Punk Rave Australia does not refund shipping costs incurred by the customer at time of purchase or when returning an item under 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise Return, 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return, Size Exchange Request or Time Extension Returns.
  4. The returned item is sent to us in the same condition as you received it with the original Punk Rave swing tags still attached to garment/accessory, the original Punk Rave dust bag free of damage, and the Punk Rave item is unused, unwashed and free from wear, tear or damage.
  5. Punk Rave Australia will issue an instore credit to the value of your purchased invoice price item within 3 business days of receipt of your return.
  6. Please include a photocopy of your Punk Rave Australia invoice with your return item. We cannot accept a return request without evidence of purchase.
  7. In the event we receive a return item under our 14 Day 100% Happiness Policy and/or 30 Day Change Of Mind Request and/or Size Exchange and/or Time Extension Return that does not meet our Minimum Standards Returns (ie: no proof of purchase, no allocated RMA, and/or signs of obvious wear and tear), we will contact the customer via email and/or telephone to discuss our reasons for refusing the return. We will organise acceptable shipping carrier/services for the return of the item at the customer's expense.
  8. Please Note: We do not offer 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise, 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns, Size Exchange Requests, Time Extension Requests, Instore Credit, Monetary Refund/s on Clearance or Discontinued items. Please understand our policy before purchase.
  9. Please Also Note: Punk Rave Australia retains the right to refuse all 14 Day 100% Happiness Returns, 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Return Request, Size Exchange Request & Time Extension Return Requests on a case by case basis.

Refunds Through Payment Method

All Return Items are issued InStore credit as per our Terms and Conditions.  Returns based on Manufacturer Flaw are handled differently. Please read our Policy on Manufacturing Flaw Returns for better understanding.

For situations where a customer has purchased an item (or multiple items) in good faith from our website, and (1) or more items within that order are found to be out-of-stock during the processing stage (picking & packing), we will refund that item amount back through the customer's payment method Less Discounts Applied.  

Our stock levels go up and down multiple times a day. Please understand that all China Based Items we advertise on our website are shared stock levels globally. There will be times when an advertised InStock item suddenly becomes an Out-of-Stock item after an order is placed due to world-wide Retailer purchasing. This may also happen to our Australian based stock due to Sale campaigns and Stock Clearances.

Should the advertised InStock item you purchase from us change to Out-Of-Stock during the processing of your order, we will refund the Purchased Item Amount back through your payment method Less Discounts Applied.

For example: 

Customer purchases (2) China Based Items that's valued over A$150 (after coupons, discounts & instore credit applied). Based on the Total Order Amount, the customer will receive Free International Shipping. If this order is the customer's 1st order with us, the customer will receive an additional 10% Off the Order Total as our way of saying "Welcome!" If the customer has purchased from us before, they may be entitled to 10% Off Loyalty Reward discount. 

If, during the processing stage of the order, (1) Item is confirmed as "out of stock", we will notify the customer via their registered email address that the item they purchased is now Sold Out. There may be alternatives which we'll discuss with the customer. Should the customer ask for an item refund, we will refund that item purchase price back through the customer's payment method Less Discounts Applied (ie: 10% Off 1st Order Discount or 10% Off Loyalty Reward).

The customer's order will be adjusted to show the removal of the out-of-stock item and any discounts received Free Shipping will still apply to that individual InStock item, even if the new adjusted total amount is Less Than A$150. All website discounts applied to the original order will be reversed (ie: 10% Off 1st Order Discount or 10% Off Loyalty Reward) and the discount will not be applied to the remaining ordered items.  

Chargebacks

Customers have no reason whatsoever to file a Chargeback against us. We offer a 14 Day 100% Happiness Promise, 30 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns, No Fuss Size Exchange, Extended Time Returns, 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Footwear Returns, Footwear Size Exchange, Manufacturing Flaw/Fault Replacement Returns and/or Refunds to assist our online customers. We also respond to all customer email/messages within 24-48hours depending on when we receive such communication. With so many return options available for our online customers, and an active support desk that responds with a human voice, filing a Chargeback against us without communicating with us your intent to do so is not only disrespectful but it shows a distinct lack of moral character and we will actioned this with priority.

Under Australian Consumer Law, any customer who files a Chargeback against us through their bank must be aware of their legal responsibilities to Punk Rave Australia, and with regard to the items they have in their possession at the time of submitting the chargeback.

When a Chargeback has been filed, the customer:

  • is no longer the legal owner of the items under dispute;
  • is legally responsible for the safe care storage of disputed items unless an agreement has been reached between the merchant (Punk Rave Australia) and the customer (you) on the method of return of disputed items;
  • is legally required to not use, wear, alter, damage, or destroy the items under dispute;
  • is legally required to not remove swing tags from garments and/or destroy, damage or throw away Punk Rave dust bags and/or any retail branding/packaging;

If the customer fails to respond to our emails within 24-48hours after a chargeback result has been reached, and/or fails to provide photographic evidence that the chargeback items have been shipped back to us via Australia Post within 48-hours of judgement, we will report this unlawful action to the Police and lodge a) Theft By Fraud and b) Theft By Deception Events. Following this, the customer will be banned from our website for life.

Your Consumer Rights Under Australian Law

It's important that as a consumer you are aware of your rights under Australian Law. For further reading, please visit: Consumer Rights and Guarantees

  1. Should you receive a manufactured faulty garment, you have two options available to you. You can;
    • Receive a Full Refund to the value of the faulty item, plus original shipping cost, plus return shipping costs (when you send the faulty item back to us) inclusive of postage packaging;
    • You may request a replacement item to be sent out to you. Should you request a replacement item instead of a full refund, you will be required to still send us the faulty item, and in return, we will send out an identical replacement garment (same style number, colour and size) and provide you with a refund of the return shipping costs as matched by your shipping receipt.
  2. Please Note: If a replacement item is not available, Punk Rave Australia will provide a full purchase invoice price item refund plus original shipping cost, plus return shipping cost via your method of payment.
  3. Requesting a Change Of Mind return does not grant you free return shipping. Change-Of-Mind Return Requests are shipped to Punk Rave Australia at the customer's expense. All import fees, duties, charges, taxes and tariffs associated with a return is at the customer's expense. Punk Rave Australia is not financially responsible or liable for any customs duties and taxes or tariffs.
  4. Falsifying consumer statements to your bank for the purpose of receiving reward/compensation will be reported to Police for immediate action.

All Return Items shipped to Punk Rave Australia are the responsibility of the customer. Punk Rave Australia cannot be held accountable or liable if the item goes 'missing in the mail' or 'lost in transit'. It's important that the customer use tracking facilities and insurance when returning item to us. Punk Rave Australia is not liable for any custom duties, fees, charges or taxes in association with return items.

Pricing

Punk Rave Australia offers two currencies for our customers in the form of: Australian dollars (AUD) & US dollars (USD). Australian customers will be shown Australia Pricing only. You cannot change currencies even out of curiosity. All International customers will be shown US Dollar pricing.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. For International customers, there may be duties and taxes owing when purchasing from our store. You will be responsible for these additional charges upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. Punk Rave Australia cannot provide an estimation of duties and/or taxes as such duties and/or taxes differ from country to country. If you are concerned about the duties and taxes, please contact your government custom's authority to confirm prior to purchase.

Punk Rave Australia does not have any authority or persuasion with any Shop Now, Pay Later solution. For payments using Credit/Debit cards, we do not store Credit/Debit card information on our website or servers. All Credit/Debit card purchases are handled through PayPal's secured payment gateway portal. Cancellation of Order

We cannot cancel an online order that has been sent to our warehouse for dispatch. This usually takes place within 30-60 minutes of customer online purchase.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order for items shipped directly from China, we will accept the request for cancellation providing we receive your email request within 1 hour of order payment. Any request for drop-ship order cancellation received after this time will be refused. Once your order has been forwarded to China's International Exporter, we are unable to cancel the order. Please kindly understand.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by Punk Rave Australia are estimates only. Punk Rave Australia will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide. Please ensure you enter the correct email, delivery address and contact phone number. Punk Rave Australia cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered account details.

For domestic orders, we use Australia Post Services. Australia Post offers SMS or email notifications with their services. When you consent to use Australia Post's SMS or email notifications, you consent to provide personal information for the direct purpose of delivering your order/s.

For China Based Drop-Shipping Orders, we use Aramex, EMS (Express Mail Service) and ePost depending on your Country destination, and if your address is considered 'remote' or 'rural' by China's International Freight Forwarder. Tracking is available as standard for all Australia Post services except for Air Economy. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to your personal contact information (SMS or email) being released to Punk Rave Co. Ltd., (China), Footwear Manufacturers, Australia Post, Aramex, EMS & UPS (if applicable), China Post for the purpose of providing you with notifications pertaining to the progress of your order(s). This service is offered for the benefit of the customer and can be stopped at any time.

International Customs Duties & Charges

Some International orders may incur customs or import duty charges. Punk Rave Australia does not have any control over these charges nor are we able to advise what they will be, as it is based on the regulations & compliance of your country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Punk Rave Australia is not liable for any duties, custom fees or taxes pertaining to importing or exporting International orders.

Under no circumstances are our stock inventory images, size charts and product description content allowed to be used and/or copied and/or downloaded and/or displayed and/or associated with: other retail alternative websites, eBay or mass 'group' selling forums or websites such as Etsy, Amazon, etc. Those found to be exploiting our Terms will be contacted immediately and a 'stop release' request will be issued. Failure to stop and desist from using our Copyright Protected Content inclusive of all product images and adverting graphics without written authorisation from Punk Rave Australia will escalate to legal channels.

Under no circumstances do we allow hot-linking of our product images, professional photography, and content on our website. Those found to be hot-linking our copyright protected images, material and content will be prosecuted to the full extent of Australian Law.
