Your use of the Site means that you agree to these Terms & Conditions and constitutes a binding agreement between you and Punk Rave Australia.
Do not use the Site if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. References in these Terms & Conditions are exclusive to "Punk Rave Australia", "we," "us" or "our" means Punk Rave Australia. "Account holder", "user", "member", "the customer", "the client" means You.
We may at our sole discretion change, add, update or delete portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions for changes prior to use of the Site, and in any event your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
Respecting and protecting the privacy of users of https://shop.punkrave.com.au (the "Site") is of great importance to us at Punk Rave Australia. This notice describes our policies of information collection and our use practices with respect to the Site, and highlights choices you may have about the way we use and share such information. Please read and understand this policy so that you can understand how we use your personal information.
Please keep in mind that while Punk Rave Australia offers Punk Rave merchandise in varying sizes for sale on the Site, we cannot guarantee availability at a particular time. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings and stock quantities at any time. We also reserve the right to change content, features and offerings, pricing and sales, and adjust accessibility of the Site at our discretion.
Minimum Return Standards
Our minimum return standards require:
- The garment and/or accessory is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it.
- The swing tags are still attached to the garment and/or accessory, and the items are in the same condition as when you opened the protective Punk Rave bag.
- The Punk Rave protective bag is in the same condition in which you received it.
- A copy of the original Punk Rave Australia invoice included in the return parcel.
What Happens When Return Item/s Do Not Meet Our Minimum Return Standards?
Should your return item not meet our Minimum Returns Standards, the following will occur:
- If the item has been worn, used or washed or presents with visible evidence of prior use and/or alterations and/or damage, we will immediately ship the item back to the customer at the customer's expense. We cannot process any Returns if the item has prior use or visible damage.
- If the original swing tags have been removed, cut off, torn off and destroyed and/or thrown away, we will deduct 20% from the Item's Retail Price as Return Repairs. Please note the difference in Item's Retail Price and Item's Purchase Invoice Price.
- If you purchased an item that was on sale, and you return that garment to us without the swing tags still attached and/or the Punk Rave protective bag is damaged or destroyed, we will deduct 20% from the every day retail price - and not the reduced sale price - to replace the missing items. All Punk Rave items must have their original swing tags in place, and without any visible signs of damage in order to receive a full in-store item credit.
- If the Punk Rave protective bag has been damaged, cut, ripped, destroyed and/or thrown away, we will deduct 20% from the Item's Retail Price (not, sale price) to replace the original Punk Rave protective bag. All items are shipped to the customer with authentic original Punk Rave bags. These bags are important as they protect the item inside, and should always accompany the return item.
- If the return item does not have a copy of the original invoice that shows you purchased your item/s from Punk Rave Australia, we will check our records and if we are unable to find your information on our system, we will contact you to discuss where you purchased your item from. If you purchased your item from another retail source, we will return the item back to the customer at the customer's expense. We do not refund or provide in-store credit if you purchased your item elsewhere.
Re-Stocking Fee - Change Of Mind Returns
An automatic 20% Re-Stocking Fee applies to all Change Of Mind Returns and will be deducted from your In-Store Credit.
Punk Rave Australia does not accept any delivery that does not have an authorised RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number pre-assigned to the Return parcel.
All items must be returned to Punk Rave Australia in the same condition in which you received them. Same Condition means: the original Punk Rave packaging is still intact and undamaged, swing tags are attached to the item/s and is free from damage and the return item has not been worn, used, altered or damaged ie: cigarette smoke, makeup, lipstick, perfume, wear & tear, etc... and a copy of the original invoice. Please refer to our Minimum Return Standards above.
In the unlikely event that we receive a return item and the original swing tags have been damaged, removed or lost, and/or the original Punk Rave protective bag has been damaged, cut, or thrown away, we will deduct 20% of the Item's Full Retail Price from your in-store refund. The 20% deduction will allow us to replace missing or damaged swing tags and missing or damaged protective bag.
In the event that the return item itself is damaged, altered, or shows signs of use and wear, we will return the item back to the customer at the customer's expense as we do not accept used items under our Minimum Return Standards Policy.
100% Happiness Promise
Punk Rave Australia offers a conditional 100% Happiness Promise* to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a full item purchase price store credit. We only accept 100% Happiness Promise Return Requests that are submitted through our website.100% Happiness Promise Return Request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of item. We do not accept 100% Happiness Promise Return Requests after 14 days. If you wish to return your item after 14 days, you may do so using our standard Return submission.
When submitting your 100% Happiness Return Request through our website, please select "100% Happiness Promise" as reason for return. There is no re-stocking fee when returning your item under "100% Happiness Promise". You will be asked for a detailed reason why you wish to return your item. Please complete this area thoughtfully.

Change Of Mind
Punk Rave Australia offers no-hassle Change Of Mind purchase on our Australian stock only. We do not offer or accept Change Of Mind on:
- Clearance items
- Discontinued items
- Sale items
- China drop-ship items
Please use our dedicated Return's page - link located in the footer of our website or through your "My Account >> Manage Returns" page to send us a request for Change Of Mind Return. For orders shipped Internationally, we do not accept Change Of Mind Return Requests unless the item is faulty.
We accept Change Of Mind Return Requests within 30 days of receipt of your order. After 30 days, we do not accept any return request.
When submitting a Change Of Mind Return Request please select Change Of Mind as the reason for returning your garment. Once your Change Of Mind Return Request has been approved, you will receive a detailed email with instructions on how to return your garment.
All Change Of Mind Return Requests must be actioned in the following way:
- Change Of Mind return request submitted via our website.
- Change Of Mind return request approved and RMA allocated to customer.
- You must follow the instructions as outlined in your RMA email when posting your item to us.
- We notify you via email that we are in receipt of your returned item.
- We review the item for salability. If the item meets our standard minimum return guidelines, we will approve the Change Of Mind return.
- We will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the Change Of Mind full retail price and credit your account with the balance as store credit for you to spend the credit however you wish on our website.
Store credit can be used on regular price items, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Pre-Orders and Drop-Ship orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In all cases, the return item must meet our acceptable minimum return standards. Please read our Minimum Return Standards noted above to ensure your garment meets our return policy guidelines.
ZipPay, LayBuy, Humm & Pay It Later Returns
Australian customers may submit 100% Happiness Promise or Change Of Mind Return Request when items have been purchased via ZipPay, LayBuy, Humm or Pay It Later providing such request is submitted to us within the specified dateline. 100% Happiness Promise Return Request must be submitted within 14days of receipt of order. Change Of Mind Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of order. Any return request submitted after 30 days will not be approved.
A Shop Now, Pay Later Return Request is actioned in same manner as any other return:
- Submit your Return Request via our website and select: "ZipPay Return" or "LayBuy Return" or "Humm Return" or "Pay It Later" return.
- Please provide a reason as to why you wish to return an item. Please complete this area thoughtfully.
- We will approve your request and issue you a RMA number.
- Please follow the detailed instructions as set out your RMA email for return posting of item.
- We will notify you via email that we are in receipt of your returned item.

Size Exchange Requests
We understand that online shopping can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, particularly when it comes to choosing the right size. Punk Rave Australia offers a No Fuss Size Exchange program that will take the frustration out of online shopping. Should you require a different size, you can drop us a request for Size Exchange using our Returns link in the footer of our website or through your "My Account >> Manage Returns" page. Please be aware that while we are happy to provide a different size, the shipping cost associated with Size Exchange Requests is at the customer's expense.
All Size Exchange Requests fall under our RMA Standard Policy. We cannot provide a size exchange if the garment has been worn or does not meet our Minimum Returns Standard policy. When requesting a size exchange, you cannot ask for a different item. Size exchange must be an identical item of different size from what you purchased. Should we not have the size available in our Australian based warehouse and/or the item is out of stock overseas, we will refund the full item invoice price back to your original payment method account. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Drop Shipping Services - China Based Items
Punk Rave Australia provides direct to customer's doorstep drop-shipping services from Punk Rave Co. Ltd. warehouse (manufacturer). We offer Free Shipping from China to any destination in the world for a China Based Item valued over $150AUD.
- Free International Shipping is provided on all China based drop-shipping items providing the item's price is greater than A$150.00.
- Change-Of-Mind Return Requests is not granted on China based items.
- 100% Happiness Promise is not granted on China based items.
- Size Exchange Requests are always honoured, however the customer must pay the additional International Shipping Charge associated with shipping the size exchange garment to their shipping address.
- Punk Rave Australia is not liable for any International Duties or Taxes or Custom Charges associated with International Drop-Shipping Orders and/or Size Exchange requests.
Please kindly understand our terms before purchasing a drop-ship item.
Clearance & Discontinued Items
All clearance and discontinued items are final.
We do not offer 100% Happiness Promise, Change Of Mind Returns, Size Exchange, Refunds, Store Credit on any Clearance or Discontinued item. Please read the allocated size chart for each item before purchase. Size charts can be found on the individual product page under the main product image. Size charts are provided as an additional product image.
If you have doubts about size and fit, please contact us and we will help you. If the Clearance item has a manufacturing fault, we will allocate a RMA number so we can resolve this issue fast. Please read our RMA Policy above to determine how to contact us and our guidelines for returning items.
Free Shipping is not offered on Clearance or Discontinued items. The markdown for Clearance items are below cost price and therefore we cannot offer free shipping as well. Please kindly understand. Please read our shipping information page for more information.
RMA Policy : 100% Happiness Promise, Size Exchange or Change-Of-Mind Returns
- The customer must contact us to express intent to return an item via our dedicated Returns page - link is located in the footer of our website or through your "My Account >> Manage Returns" page.
- A RMA number is issued to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the RMA number is placed on the outside of the shipping package in a highly visible position. Punk Rave Australia does not accept any returns without an authorised RMA number visible on the package.
- The item is shipped to us at the customer's expense. Punk Rave Australia does not refund shipping costs incurred by the customer at time of purchase or when returning an item under 100% Happiness Promise Return, Change Of Mind Return or Size Exchange Request.
- The returned item is sent to us in the same condition as when we dispatched the order from our warehouse, with the original packaging intact and undamaged, swing tags still attached to garment/accessory and is free of visible evident use, wear or damage.
- Punk Rave Australia will issue a store credit to the value of your purchased invoice price item within 3 business days of receipt of your return.
- Please include a photocopy of your invoice with your return item. We cannot accept a return request without evidence of purchase.
- In the event we receive a return item under our 100% Happiness Policy and/or Change Of Mind Request and/or Size Exchange and it does not meet our Minimum Standards Returns (ie: no proof of purchase, no allocated RMA, and/or signs of obvious wear and tear) we will contact the customer via email and/or telephone to discuss our reasons for refusing the refund. We will also organise acceptable shipping carrier/services for the return of the item at the customer's expense.
- We do not offer Change Of Mind Returns, 100% Happiness Promise, Size Exchange, Store Credit, Monetary Refund/s on Clearance and Discontinued items. Please understand our policy before purchase.
- We do not offer Change Of Mind Returns or 100% Happiness Promise on any China based drop-ship item. Please understand our terms before purchasing.
Punk Rave Australia retains the right to refuse all 100% Happiness Returns and/or Change Of Mind Refund Requests on a case by case basis.
RMA Policy : Manufactured Faulty Goods
Should you discover a manufacturing fault on your item, please contact us via our dedicated Return's page - link located in the footer of our website or through your "My Accounts >> Manage Returns" page so we can discuss with you best course of action. Punk Rave Australia will not accept any item return without an authorised RMA number. When contacting us its important that you provide detailed information regarding the manufacturing flaw so we can assist you quickly. Please include photos of the fault so we can see what you see.
Punk Rave Australia will process a manufacturing fault request strictly on an case by case basis. We will:
- Allocate a unique RMA Number for the return of the faulty item. Punk Rave Australia will not accept receipt of merchandise without an authorised RMA Number and proof of purchase (scanned & printed copy of invoice).
- You will need to send the faulty item, plus a copy of your Invoice receipt, plus a copy of your return Australia Post shipping charge receipt together in the one package to Punk Rave Australia within 7 days of RMA allocation for visual inspection. A scanned copy of the shipping invoice/receipt is required to obtain a full shipping cost refund. We cannot refund shipping costs if we do not have proof of shipping purchase. Punk Rave Australia is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the return of any item.
- We cannot approve a refund for any faulty manufactured item/s without sighting the fault in person. Photographs help us confirm the flaw/fault but they are not sufficient when determining course of action.
- Should your item have a manufacturing fault, we ask that you return the item to us in the same condition as you received it so that we can return the item to Punk Rave for inspection.
- We cannot approve a refund for any faulty manufactured item without a copy of your original Punk Rave Australia invoice. We do not assist with replacement or refunds for any Punk Rave item not purchased strictly through Punk Rave Australia. We recommend that you contact the store in which you purchased your Punk Rave item for assistance.
RMA Policy: Chargebacks
At no time should any customer file a Chargeback against us through their bank. We offer 14-Day 100% Happiness Promise, 30 Days Change Of Mind Returns, and Hassle Free Size Exchange to assist our online customers. We also respond to all customer email/messages within 24-48hours depending on when we receive such communication. With so many return options available to our customers, and an active support desk, filing a Chargeback against us without communicating with us your intent to do so is not only disrespectful but it shows a distinct lack of moral character and we will actioned this with priority.
Under Australian Consumer Law, any customer who files a Chargeback against us through their bank must be aware of their legal responsibilities to Punk Rave Australia, and with regard to the items they have in their possession at the time of submitting the chargeback.
When a Chargeback has been filed, the customer:
- is no longer the legal owner of the items under dispute;
- is legally responsible for the safe care storage of disputed items unless an agreement has been reached between the merchant (Punk Rave Australia) and the customer (you) on the method of return of disputed items;
- is legally required to not use, wear, alter, damage, or destroy the items under dispute;
- is legally required to not remove swing tags from garments and/or destroy, damage or throw away Punk Rave dust bags and/or retail packaging;
- is legally required to communicate with us within 24-hours of chargeback case outcome to discuss return shipping options.
When The Customer Fails To Ship Goods Back To Us At Conclusion Of Dispute
If the customer fails to respond to our emails within 24-48hours after a chargeback result has been reached, and/or fails to provide photographic evidence that the chargeback items have been shipped back to us via Australia Post within 48-hours of judgement, we will report this unlawful action to the Police and lodge a) Theft By Fraud and b) Theft By Deception Events. Following this, the customer will be banned from our website for life.
Your Consumer Rights Under Australian Law
It's important that as a consumer you are aware of your rights under Australian Law. For further reading, please visit: Consumer Rights and Guarantees
Should you receive a manufactured faulty garment, you have two options available to you. You can;
- Receive a Full Refund to the value of the faulty item, plus original shipping cost, plus return shipping costs (when you send the faulty item back to us) inclusive of postage packaging;
- You may request a replacement item to be sent out to you. Should you request a replacement item instead of a full refund, you will be required to still send us the faulty item, and in return, we will send out an identical replacement garment (same style number, colour and size) and provide you with a refund of the return shipping costs as matched by your shipping receipt.
- Please Note: If a replacement item is not available, Punk Rave Australia will provide a full purchase price item refund plus original shipping cost, plus return shipping cost via your method of payment.
- Requesting a Change Of Mind return does not grant you free return shipping.
- Falsifying consumer statements for the purpose of receiving reward/compensation will be reported to Police for immediate action.
All RMA items returned to Punk Rave Australia are the responsibility of the customer. Punk Rave Australia cannot be held accountable or liable if the item goes 'missing in the mail' or 'lost in transit'. It's important that the customer use tracking facilities when shipping garments to us. Punk Rave Australia is not liable for any custom duties, fees, charges or taxes in association with return items.
Punk Rave Australia offers two currencies for our customers in the form of: Australian dollars (AUD) & US dollars (USD). Australian customers will be shown Australia Pricing only. You cannot change currencies even out of curiosity. All International customers will be shown US Dollar pricing.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. For International customers, there may be duties and taxes owing when purchasing from our store. You will be responsible for these additional charges upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. Punk Rave Australia cannot provide an estimation of duties and/or taxes as such duties and/or taxes differ from country to country. If you are concerned about the duties and taxes, please contact your government custom's authority to confirm prior to purchase.

Please be aware that all accounting procedures (acceptance, rejections) of ZipPay, LayBuy, Humm, Pay It Later and PayPal Credit is the respective finanical institution's sole discretion. Punk Rave Australia does not have any authority or persuasion with any Shop Now, Pay Later solution. For payments using Credit Cards, we do not store credit card information on our website or servers. All credit card payments are through secured PayPal portal. All payments are (AUD) Australian Dollars for our Australian customers and US Dollars (USD) for International customers.
Cancellation of Order
We cannot cancel an online order that has been sent to our warehouse for dispatch. This usually takes place within 30-60 minutes of customer online purchase.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order for items shipped directly from China, we will accept the request for cancellation providing we receive your email request within 1 hour of order payment. Any request for drop-ship order cancellation received after this time will be refused. Once your order has been forwarded to Punk Rave's International Exporter, we are unable to cancel the order. Please kindly understand.

The delivery times provided by Punk Rave Australia are estimates only. Punk Rave Australia will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide. Please ensure you enter the correct email, delivery address and contact phone number. Punk Rave Australia cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered account details.
For domestic orders, we use Australia Post Services. Australia Post offers SMS or email notifications with their services. When you consent to use Australia Post's SMS or email notifications, you consent to provide personal information for the direct purpose of delivering your order/s.
For Drop-Shipping Orders, we use DHL or EMS (Express Mail Service) depending on your Country destination, and if your address is considered 'remote' or 'rural' by Punk Rave's International Freight Forwarder. Tracking is available as standard for all Australia Post services except for Air Economy. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to your personal contact information (SMS or email) being released to Punk Rave Co. Ltd., (China), Australia Post, DHL, EMS & UPS (if applicable) for the purpose of providing you with notifications pertaining to the progress of your order(s). International Customs Charges
Some International orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Punk Rave Australia does not have any control over these charges nor are we able to advise what they will be, as it is based on the regulations & compliance of your country. Punk Rave Australia is not liable for any duties, custom fees or taxes pertaining to importing or exporting International orders.
