We ship world-wide. All orders are shipped using Australia Post Pre-Paid satchels (domestic) or Australia Post Air Freight (International) unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday, before 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed on Friday before 2:00pm will be shipped the same day assuming Friday is not a Public Holiday.
- Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm (Public Holiday nor not) will be processed first thing Monday morning and shipped that day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning and shipped same day.
- Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next non-Public Holiday business day and shipped same day.
Australia Post Domestic Orders
Insurance & Signature On Delivery
We now ship all domestic orders with Insurance & Signature On Delivery. The cost of adding Insurance & Signature On Delivery to our current shipping fees is minor in comparison to not receiving your order, and/or not receiving full $$dollar compensation should your order go missing. Australia Post does not compensate consumers (you) to the value of purchased goods (full retail cost + shipping) unless the consumer (you) has insurance.
- If your order is greater than $90AUD, Insurance & Signature On Delivery is included in your Free Delivery.
- If your order is less than $90AUD, the cost of adding Signature On Delivery is only $2.95AUD. Extra Cover is already offered Free Of Charge when using Australia Post's Pre-Paid Satchels.
Signature On Delivery
If you know in advance that are not able to collect your order from Australia Post during their opening/closing times (because you work, or you're going away on holiday or its your turn for child care duties), we strongly recommend that you make arrangements with someone you trust, like a family member or close friend who can collect your order on your behalf or you provide your work address as the shipping address during checkout.
How Do I Organise A Close Friend Or Family Member To Collect My Order On My Behalf?
To allow a family member or close friend to collect your order from your local Australia Post Office on your behalf, you will need to nominate them as the authorised person to collect your order. To do this, you will need to create a new Shipping Address Entry in your My Account >> Address Book and display the information as noted below.

If you select your Authorised Person's Address during checkout, your order will be delivered to your local Australia Post Office. The Australia Post delivery person will leave a "Signature On Delivery" Card in your mail box or PO BOX for your authorised person to give Australia Post at the time of pickup. Photo ID is required.
We sincerely apologise in advance if this new shipping method is inconvenient to you or your family. We want our customers to receive their orders in a timely fashion. By adding Insurance & Signature On Delivery we are protecting your consumer rights to retail $dollar value compensation in the event your order is stolen or goes missing.

Australia Post - Estimated Delivery Times
We provide estimated delivery times on all our product pages. Our estimated delivery times are based on major metropolitan areas and should be used as a guide only. Due to the current world COVID-19 pandemic, all shipping carrier services are struggling to meet their standard shipping deadlines. Please consider this before you purchase.
For domestic deliveries, we suggest 3 - 5 days for Australian based stock delivered within a major city providing the delivery state is not in lockdown regulations. We use Australia Post pre-paid satchels as they have tracking facilities and Extra Cover included as standard. If you reside outside a major metropolitan area, the delivery times may take longer to reach you and twice as long if there are snap border closures. For customers who reside outside a major metropolitan area you can reasonably expect to receive your order within 10 business days or less.
For China based items, delivery times vary depending on numerous factors:
- If your shipping address is considered metro, rural or remote;
- Preferred Carrier used;
- Available flights out of China;
- Assigned flights to your designated country
- If China is on National Holidays
- Current COVID-19 Transit Delays
- Delays in assigning your order to an out-bound flight
If your address is considered metro city, you can reasonably expect to receive your order within 5 - 9 business days when using DHL Express from confirmed dispatch date. The dispatch date is not the date of your order. If you reside outside a major metro area and you prefer DHL Express, there is a rural/remote surcharge applicable to all deliveries outside major metro areas. This surcharge is payable upon receipt of your order.
EMS (Express Mail Service)
If your address is considered metro city, you can reasonably expect to receive your order within 12 - 18 business days via EMS (Express Mail Service) from confirmed dispatch date. Dispatch date is not the date of your order. If you reside outside a major metro area, delivery times may be up to 20 - 25 business days. There is no additional rural or remote delivery surcharge when using EMS.
eParcel Economy Post
If your address is considered metro, rural or remote, you can reasonably expect to receive your order within 20 - 30 business days via eParcel Post from confirmed dispatch ate. There is no additional surcharges when using eParcel.
Confirmed Dispatch Dates
Confirmed Dispatch Dates are the actual date your order was physically placed on an out-bound flight or handed off to the EMS or eParcel Mail Service. While we state shipout times on every product page, shipout times are different from confirmed dispatch dates. When calculating total shipping time, you will need to include the following:
Purchase & pay for order + 24 - 48hrs shipout time (processing time) + hand over to freight forwarder (24hrs) + dispatch date (physically placing your order on an out-bound flight) + estimated transit time (ex: DHL = 24 flight time) + your Country's Customs clearance time (ex: 2 - 3 days) + hand off to your Country's shipping logistics/network shipping time + time it takes to reach your mail box or front door. As you can see, there is many steps in shipping your order. Please consider this when determining datelines for upcoming special event parties.
For International customers, suggested transit times should be within 10 - 30 business days depending on what item you purchased, and where you reside. Australian based stock we dispatch using Australia Post International Air Freight. Your order should be received at your Country's Customs Dept. within 36 - 48hours from confirmed dispatch date. From your Country's Customs Dept. to your front door and/or mail box may take between 5 - 12 business days depending on your local delivery service network and/or postal carriers.
We use: DHL Express, EMS (Express Mail Service) & eParcel Post shipping services.
For DHL Express orders, your order should be received at your Country's Customs Dept. within 48hrs from confirmed out-bound dispatch date. The time it takes to deliver your order from your Country's Customs Dept. to your front door or mail box may take up to 10 -15 business days depending on where you reside, and how your local shipping carrier network delivers parcels. Deliveries are not generally made over the weekend or public holidays.
For EMS (Express Mail Service), your order should be received by your Country's Customs Dept. within 9 - 12 business days from confirmed out-bound dispatch date. The time it takes to deliver your order from your Country's Customs Dept. to your front door or mail box may take up to 15 business days depending on where you reside and your local post services. Deliveries are not generally made over the weekend or public holidays.
For eParcel, your order should be received by your Country's Customs Dept. within approx. 15 - 20 business days from confirmed out-bound dispatch date. If you have not received your order within 30 business days from confirmed dispatch date, please contact us so we can assist you in tracking your order.
Shipping Carriers and Solutions
We use Australia Post domestically and Internationally for stock items dispatched from our Australia warehouse. We use DHL Express, EMS (Express Mail Service) and eParcel for all International orders. All shipping solutions provide tracking services as standard, with optional paid addons such as: insurance and signature on delivery. In some instances tracking services are not covered for some countries, or tracking services are available up until your item enters your Country through customs. From that point onward, tracking services may or may not be available.
Domestic Free Shipping
We offer Free Domestic Shipping on orders over AU$90. All domestic shipments have tracking services as standard. Signature On Delivery and Extra Cover (Insurance) is included Free Of Charge. You'll be required to show Photo ID to pick up your order from Australia Post Office.
Clearance Items, Discontinued Items
We do not offer free shipping for Clearance or Discontinued Items. If you have a mixed order that includes both Clearance/Discontinued items and Australian based stock items, the value of the Clearance/Discontinued item/s will not be tallied into your order for free shipping. We would love to provide free International shipping on every order, but it is not feasible to do so.
Due to the price increase of International Shipping, we have introduced eParcel to help reduce the cost of International Shipping during COVID-19 pandemic. We now offer:
- DHL Express Flat Rate Shipping
- EMS Priority Flat Rate Shipping
- eParcel Economy Post Flat Rate Shipping
Drop-Ship orders over A$150 are shipped FREE of Charge via eParcel.
Missed Shipments From China - DHL
In the event that you are not home for the receipt of your order, DHL Express will leave a card requesting that you make contact so a re-delivery can be made. If you cannot make contact with DHL Express or you do not find a card on your doorstep, its imperative that you regularly check your order via the tracking link we provide.
DHL Express will attempt delivery once. If they are unable to deliver your order, they will provide a re-schedule delivery card. If the customer does not contact DHL to reschedule a 2nd delivery date, DHL Express will return the order back to China as a non-delivered item. Should this occur, the customer is responsible for ALL IMPORT FEES associated with the return order to China AND all new International shipping fees associated with shipping your order from China again.
We cannot emphasis this enough: the Import Duties to China and new International Shipping costs to your residential address will be expensive. It is the customers responsibility to track their order and keep up to date on carrier delivery attempts so their order is not automatically returned to China.
Australia Post offers tracking for some International services. Rule of thumb: while Australia Post can track your order inside your destination country it is far better to use your local postal authority to track your item locally. For example, Australia Post can track our US Customer's order from Australia to America, and then USPS (United States Postal Service) would take over once the package has been cleared through customs. Our US based customer would use USPS website to track her order locally. She can do this with the original tracking number issued by us when we dispatched her order. It's important that all International customers source their local postal authority websites for tracking their orders locally.
International Transit Times
When your order arrives in your Country via International Delivery, it takes about 48hrs for local Customs Officers to clear your order then onforward your items to your local Postal Delivery Authority. Depending on where you reside, and how fast your Country's on-forwarder delivers items through their system may take up to 7 days to reach your local Post Office or home address. Generally deliveries should reach your local Post Office or home address within 7 - 10 business days.
