We ship world-wide. All orders are shipped using Australia Post Pre-Paid satchels (domestic) or Australia Post Air Freight (International) unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday, before 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed on Friday before 2:00pm will be shipped the same day assuming Friday is not a Public Holiday.
- Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm (Public Holiday nor not) will be processed first thing Monday morning and shipped that day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning and shipped same day.
- Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next non-Public Holiday business day and shipped same day.
COMPULSORY INSURANCE & SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Due to the increasing number of domestic orders lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address and never recovered, and/or outright stolen from front doors, back doors and mailboxes, we now ship all Domestic Orders with Compulsory Insurance & Signature On Delivery.
The cost of adding Insurance & Signature On Delivery to our current shipping fees is minor in comparison to not receiving your order, and/or not receiving full $$dollar compensation should your order go missing. Australia Post does not compensate consumers (you) to the value of purchased goods (full retail cost + shipping) unless the consumer (you) has insurance.
1) If your order is greater than $70AUD, then the small added cost of Insurance & Signature On Delivery is included in your Free Delivery.
2) If your order is less than $70AUD, the cost of adding Signature On Delivery is only $2.95AUD. Extra Cover is already offered Free Of Charge when using Australia Post's Pre-Paid Satchels.
Why Are We Doing This?
In the month of May 2019, we had a total of (5) orders stolen from our customer's mailbox, front door, back door, and incorrectly delivered to the wrong address and was not recoverable. Of the (5) orders stolen (or lost in transit as Australia Post terms it) not one single order was financially compensated to our customer to the retail dollar value of what they paid.
In 2019, we had a total of 12 customer orders lost, stolen or mis-delivered to the wrong address. To offset the increase in postal theft, we now insure any order over $70AUD to the total retail $$dollar value of your invoice so that you are financially covered in the event of missing or stolen deliveries. For added security, we also include Signature On Delivery. You will be required to show photo ID to pick up your order from the Post Office.
Signature On Delivery
If you know in advance that are not able to collect your order from Australia Post during their opening/closing times (because you work, or you're going away on holiday or its your turn for child care duties), we strongly recommend that you make arrangements with someone you trust, like a family member or close friend who can collect your order on your behalf or you provide your work address as the shipping address during checkout.
How Do I Organise A Close Friend Or Family Member To Collect My Order On My Behalf?
To allow a family member or close friend to collect your order from your local Australia Post Office on your behalf, you will need to nominate them as the authorised person to collect your order. To do this, you will need to create a new Shipping Address Entry in your My Account >> Address Book and display the information as noted below.

If you select your Authorised Person's Address during checkout, your order will be delivered to your local Australia Post Office. The Australia Post delivery person will leave a "Signature On Delivery" Card in your mail box or PO BOX for your authorised person to give Australia Post at the time of pickup. Photo ID is required.
We sincerely apologise in advance if this new shipping method is inconvenient to you or your family. We want our customers to receive their orders in a timely fashion. By adding Insurance & Signature On Delivery we are protecting your consumer rights to retail $dollar value compensation in the event your order is stolen or goes missing.

Suggested Delivery Time Lines
We provide delivery timelines on all our product pages. Our delivery timelines are based on major metropolitan areas.
For domestic deliveries, we suggest 2 - 5 days for Australian based stock delivered within a major city. We use Australia Post pre-paid satchels as they have tracking facilities and Extra Cover included as standard. If you reside outside a major metropolitan area, the delivery timelines may take slightly longer as your area might be considered "regional" or "remote" and multiple carriers may be involved. For customers who reside outside a major metropolitan area you can reasonably expect to receive your order within 10 days or less.
For China based items shipped to Australian customers, delivery timelines vary depending on where you reside. If your address is considered metropolitan, you can reasonably expect to receive your order within 5-7 days via DHL International from our confirmed dispatch date. If you reside outside a major metropolitan area, then your address may be considered "remote" or "regional" which will lengthen the delivery timeline schedule slightly as multiple carriers are used. For regional and remote customers, you can reasonably expect to receive your order within 10-15 days or less.
For all International customers, suggested delivery timelines should be within 10 - 20 days depending on what item you purchased. Australian based stock we dispatch using Australia Post Air Freight. Your order should be received at your Country of Origin within 2 business days. From your Country's customs department to your front door and/or mail box may take between 5 - 12 days depending on your local delivery service and/or postal carriers.
For China based items, we use DHL International Couriers or EMS (Express Mail Service). Again, your order should be received at your Country of Origin within 48hrs from dispatch from China. The time it takes to deliver your order from your country's Customs Dept. to your front door or mail box may take up to 10-15 days depending on where you reside, if your address is city or remote/rural and how your local carrier network functions as well as the actual day. Deliveries are not generally delivered over the weekend or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers and Solutions
We use Australia Post domestically and Internationally for stock items dispatched from our Australia warehouse, and DHL International and/or EMS for orders dispatched from China. All shipping solutions provide tracking services as standard, with optional paid addons such as: insurance and signature on delivery. In some instances tracking services are not covered for some countries, or tracking services are available up until your item enters your Country through customs. From that point onward, tracking services may or may not be available.
Domestic Free Shipping
We offer Free Domestic Shipping on orders over AU$70. All domestic shipments have tracking services as standard. Signature On Delivery and Extra Cover (Insurance) is included in your shipping cost. You'll be required to show Photo ID to pick up your order from Australia Post Office.
Clearance Items & Shipped from China Stock
At this time we do not offer free shipping for Clearance items or Discontinued Items. All drop-ship orders valued A$150 or more receives Free International Shipping. If you have a mixed order that includes both Clearance items and Australian based stock items, the value of the Clearance item/s will not be tallied into your order for free shipping. If your order has Shipped From China items and/or Australian based stock items, Shipped From China items will not be tallied into your order if their respective dollar $$ is less than A$150. We would love to provide free International shipping but it is not feasible to do so. The average cost of shipping items from China to Australia is approximately: A$45 depending on where you reside. Please understand and kindly accept our terms.
Missed Shipments From China - DHL
All shipments coming from China are delivered via DHL Express or EMS & Australia Post. In the event that you are not home for the receipt of your order, DHL will leave a card requesting that you make contact so a re-delivery can be made. If you cannot make contact with DHL Express or you do not find a card on your doorstep, its imperative that you regularly check your order via the tracking link we provided.
DHL Express will attempt delivery once. If they are unable to deliver your order, they will provide a re-schedule delivery card. If the customer does not contact DHL to reschedule a 2nd delivery date, DHL Express will return the order back to China as a non-delivered item. Should this occur, the customer is responsible for ALL IMPORT FEES associated with the return order to China AND all new International shipping fees associated with shipping your order from China again.
We cannot emphasis this enough: the Import Duties to China and new International Shipping costs to your residential address will be expensive. It is the customers responsibility to track their order and keep up to date on carrier delivery attempts so their order is not automatically returned to China.
Australia Post offers tracking for some International services. Rule of thumb: while Australia Post can track your order inside your destination country it is far better to use your local postal authority to track your item locally. For example, Australia Post can track our US Customer's order from Australia to America, and then USPS (United States Postal Service) would take over once the package has been cleared through customs. Our US based customer would use USPS website to track her order locally. She can do this with the original tracking number issued by us when we dispatched her order. It's important that all International customers source their local postal authority websites for tracking their orders locally.
International Courier offers delivery in 1-2 business days between major metro areas. If you reside outside a major city, delivery will take slightly longer. Full tracking services including email notifications. Extra Cover (Insurance) for loss or damage during transit is available as a paid addon. International Courier prices start from $68.74.
International Express offers 2 - 4 business days delivery to major metro areas. If you live outside a major city, delivery will take slightly longer. Tracking notifications are delivered via email. Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover (Insurance) for loss or damage during transit is available as a paid addon. Prices start at $28.74.
International Standard offers trackable, non-urgent parcel delivery. Shipping is usually 6+ business days depending on where you reside. Tracking services are sent to your email address. Optional paid addons like Extra Cover (Insurance) for loss or damage during transit, Signature on Delivery is available. Prices start at $19.73.
International Economy Air is a great alternative when shipping costs matters more than delivery times. Economy delivers in about 10+ business days. Optional paid addons like Extra Cover (Insurance) for loss or damage during transit and Signature on Delivery is available. Please note that Tracking Services is not available when using International Economy Services. Prices start at $11.86.
International Economy Sea is ideal for non-urgent parcel delivery to selected countries. Delivery can take up to 3 months depending on where you reside. Optional paid extras like Extra Cover for damage or loss during transit, Signature on Delivery is available. Tracking Services is not available when using Sea Mail. Prices start at $37.63.
International Transit Times
When your order arrives in your Country via International Delivery, it takes about 48hrs for local Customs Officers to clear your order then onforward your items to your local Postal Delivery Authority. Depending on where you reside, and how fast your Country's onforwarder delivers items through their system may take up to 7 days to reach your local Post Office or home address. Generally deliveries should reach your local Post Office or home address within 7 - 10 business days.
