We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries. Tracking, Insurance and Signature On Delivery are included in shipping price. This is for your protection should your order go missing during transit, is damaged or stolen. For areas outside major metropolitan cities please allow a further 2 business days. For rural and remote areas, please allow an extra 2-3 business days to reach your destination.
We offer Standard Australia Post Shipping or Express Australia Post Shipping.
Australia Post have advised that there is a delay in delivery timelines due to increased volume during COVID-19 situation. If you elect to use Express Shipping, you may not receive your express satchel within the standard Australia Post Express delivery timeline. There may be a slight delay. PUNK RAVE - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post International Shipping as its the cheapest carrier service with enhanced services (tracking, insurance, etc). Shipping charge is dependent on your Destination Country, weight of satchel, size of satchel. All duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
PUNK RAVE - ORDERS SHIPPED FROM CHINA
Flat Rate Shipping Charge A$20 applies to all orders shipped from China that are less than A$150. All Punk Rave orders shipped from China are dispatched via DHL International or EMS (Express Mail Service). If you live inside a metro/major city, your order will be shipped via DHL International. If you live outside a metro/major city, your order will be shipped via EMS. We send all orders the same day we receive them.
Please note: DHL International have increased their shipping price during COVID-19 pandemic. This makes their service too expensive to use in some situations. If using DHL International is too expensive for your order, we'll use EMS even if you live in a major city.
FOOTWEAR - ORDERS SHIPPED FROM CHINA
Flat Rate Shipping Charge A$20 applies to all orders shipped from China that are less than A$150. Footwear orders shipped direct from footwear manufacturers in China are dispatched via ePost or ePacket where possible. There may be some deliveries shipped using DHL International. ePost and ePacket deliveries usually takes 10 - 15 business days once dispatched. If you're not 100% happy with your Punk Rave brand item purchase, you may return the Punk Rave brand item to us within 14-days of receipt of order and receive a full item invoice price store credit. Punk Rave Size Charts
Please read our (Global Size Chart) update information. Link is in the footer under Size Chart. All Punk Rave brand items have individual size charts. Punk Rave size charts are found in the product images on every Punk Rave brand item product page. You will notice that Punk Rave size charts show body measurements (not garment) for: height, bust/chest, waist, hip. They may also provide shoulder length, neck and cuff/wrist circumference. All size chart measurements are in centimeters.

You have lots of 'Out Of Stock' items. Why is that? -
That's a great question! Punk Rave Australia offers both Australian based items (which are always in stock) and China based items for drop-shipping direct to you. The 'Out Of Stock' items are always China based drop-ship items because Punk Rave manufacturers their range based on three criteria:
- the current season (ie: summer or spring or winter or autumn);
- their new Season Collection (takes priority over all other requests);
- and general consumer demand;If the item is extremely popular (like some of our coats and jackets), Punk Rave will always mass produce these items as they are constantly in demand. If the item isn't as popular, Punk Rave considers consumer demand before mass producing the item.

We're sorry to hear that. Fortunately all is not lost. Just email us your measurements (please use a cloth based tape measure) and we'll confirm with Punk Rave if your size is available.
If it is, great! We'll get it in for you as soon as humanly possible. If your size isn't readily available, we'll ask Punk Rave when the item will be next produced.
- What payment cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and account payment through PayPal. We also offer ZipPay, LayBuy, Humm & Pay It Later (Buy Now, Pay Later) for Australian customers; and PayPal Credit for US Customers. If you prefer to make payment via Internet banking or over the counter at your preferred banking institute, we offer Bank Transfer as well.

Yes you can. Our prices are Australian dollars for Australian customers and US dollars for the rest of the world. International customers may pay using your own currency but PayPal will convert the total amount payable to US Dollars during their payment confirmation stage.

Yes, we do. We ship to most countries around the world.
- Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel any order that has already been dispatched to our Australian based warehouse. This usually takes place within 30 minutes of receiving your order online.
If the item is to be Shipped from China, you may request cancellation of your order by contacting us via our contact us page. Please include your full name and invoice number (found in order history) when submitting an order cancellation request.
Requests for cancellation of order for items Shipped from China must be received within 2 hours of order payment. Any request received after this time cannot be cancelled. Please kindly understand.
- Do you offer tracking facilities for orders?

Yes, we do. For domestic deliveries, track and track is automatically included in the shipping costs.
For International deliveries, tracking services is available on selected delivery services. Please read our Shipping Information page to gain a better understanding of what services are available for your country.
- It's been three days and I haven't received my order yet! Where is it?

We know it can be frustrating sometimes but please allow 3 - 7 days delivery time for Australian orders outside major metropolitan areas using Australia Post. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
For International Deliveries please allow up to 20 business days before contacting us. You can reasonably expect your order within 7 - 10 days if you reside within a major city. If you reside outside a major city, delivery may take slightly longer.
- I ordered the wrong size! Can I exchange for a bigger size?
