All domestic orders over A$90 receive Free Shipping via Australia Post for Australian Based Items Not On Sale. Tracking and Insurance (up to A$100) is automatically included. If you reside outside major metropolitan areas, please allow a further 1-2 business days delivery time. For rural and remote areas, please allow an extra 2-3 business days delivery time.
If you want to expedite your order, we offer Australia Post Express Shipping. Please be aware that Express Shipping delivery times are suitable for postcodes inside the Express Post Network only. For more information on Express Delivery times, please read Australia Post Express Post Schedule & Reported Delays ↗
We use Australia Post International for all International orders as its the cheapest Carrier Service with enhanced features (tracking, insurance, etc). The shipping charge is dependent on Destination Country and size and weight of satchel. All Customs duties, fees, taxes and/or other tariffs are the Customer's responsibility. Punk Rave Australia does not pay Export duties or fees.
All orders over $150 (after discounts / coupons applied) receive Free International Shipping. This is an immediate $28 saving.
Estimated delivery times are not based from time of Order. Delivery times start from when Punk Rave China's Freight Forwarder logs your order into their system and Punk Rave Australia receives the Tracking Number and Details. Delivery times do not take into consideration unforeseen delays such as: Customs Clearance schedules, Local or National holidays, adverse weather conditions, Seasonal demands or World Events (Political, Economical and/or Health related).
There will be times when Punk Rave Australia overrides the nominated Shipping Carrier our Customer selected during checkout when we process their order. If we decide the order has a significant dollar value and we want to protect our Customer against any unforeseen financial loss, we will use DHL or FedEx Services.
We do not offer DHL or FedEx Services to our Customers during checkout because their Services are too expensive, but we will use them for orders we deem to hold a significant dollar value. The dollar difference between our every day Shipping Carriers and DHL/FedEx Services is substantial and Punk Rave Australia absorbs this additional surcharge for our own peace of mind.
Aramex Couriers services both metro and remote/rural areas with an additional surcharge for any address they deem rural or remote. Punk Rave Australia absorbs this surcharge automatically and is not passed onto the Customer.
Aramex Couriers takes about 10 - 14 days to deliver your order to your front door or nearest Post Office outlet. This delivery time is from flight assignment and not from time/date of order.
EMS services both metro and remote/rural with no additional delivery surcharge. EMS takes about 12 - 14 days to deliver to your front door or nearest Post Office outlet. Estimated delivery time is from flight assignment and not from time/date of order.
Yanwen (ePost) takes about 14 -18 days depending on where you reside in the World with no additional delivery surcharge. Feedback from Australian Customers (metro and rural) indicate delivery times are faster than estimate times but we ask our Customers to always align their individual needs with the Carrier's estimated delivery time lines to avoid unnecessary disappointment. Estimate delivery time is from flight assignment and not time/date of order.
Important: Some International deliveries may take up to 20 days to reach you even if you live in Metro areas. Before purchasing from our website, please accept that Punk Rave Australia does not control 3rd party Shipping Carriers and therefore, we are not responsible for any deliveries that exceed the estimated delivery times.
Like every Country around the world, China too has limited out-bound Commercial flights assigned to each Freight Forwarder's company. All Freight Forwarders must wait their turn to place out-bound orders on Commercial flights booked to Australia. Seasonal demands will delay out-bound flight times and/or allocated volume consignment numbers. Customers must accept that estimated delivery times do not take into consideration Seasonal demands, Local or National Holidays, Local or National Public Holidays, adverse weather conditions, or World Events (Political, Economical or Health related).
When your order reaches Australia, it must be cleared by Australian Customs employees before its handed over to 3rd party Shipping Carriers ie: Australia Post, Aramex Couriers, etc. Again, Customers must accept that Punk Rave Australia does not control 3rd Party Shipping Carriers. All Australian deliveries are subject to the Shipping Carrier's domestic and International Shipping policies.
All Australian Carriers will leave your order in a Safe Place if no one is home to accept the delivery. Safe Drop Deliveries are now an accepted (and, legal) Australian Standard. If you do not want your order to be left in a Safe Place, please update your Shipping Address to your Work Address or a trusted friend or family member's residential address who will be home at time of delivery.
If you were notified that your order was left in a Safe Place and you cannot find it, you must first reach out to the Shipping Carrier who delivered your order and request Safe Drop photos. You will be required to provide your Name, Shipping Address and Tracking Number.
Punk Rave Australia is not responsible nor liable to replace the Customer's missing Safe Drop parcel nor can we intercept this discovery process on your behalf as the Shipping Carrier will only provide Safe Drop evidence to the person who resides at the nominated Shipping Address.

Punk Rave Size Charts
Please read our Size Chart Changes for important information about how our size charts work. Easy access link is in the footer under Size Chart. Punk Rave brand items (where relevant) have new updated body size charts for ease of selecting your correct size. Punk Rave size charts are found under the large, main product image in the little thumbnails on the individual product page. Our size charts are always the last thumbnail when scrolling or swiping left. Click the thumbnail and a full resolution size chart will display for ease of selecting your correct size. Size Charts display actual body size measurements in centimetres (CMs).
You have a lot of 'Out Of Stock' items. Why is that?That's a great question! Punk Rave Australia offers both Australian based items (which are always in stock) and China based items (stock fluctuates daily). The 'Out Of Stock' items are always China based items because Punk Rave mass-produces their range on (3) three criteria:
- the current season (ie: Summer/Spring or Winter/Autumn);
- new Season Collection release (takes priority over all other productions);
- general consumer demand for specific items;
If the item is hugely popular (like some of our gorgeous coats and jackets), Punk Rave will mass produce these items on a regular basis. If the item isn't as popular, Punk Rave waits for increased consumer demand before allocating mass-production time. Non-popular out-of-stock items are not considered: "discontinued". These items are merely 'out-of-stock pending increased consumer demand' requests before they are scheduled for mass production.
Where Do I Find Your Size Charts?Each product (where relevant) has its own sizechart for ease of body size checking. All sizecharts are located under the large main product image on the product page. Click through the little thumbnails and you'll find the sizechart last. Click on the sizechart and a larger version is displayed.
We also have important information about the global changes we made to our sizecharts. You can read about it (here)
I love your clothes but you don't have my size!We're sorry to hear that. Fortunately, all is not lost. Just email us your measurements (please use a cloth based tape measure) and we'll check with Punk Rave to see if they are expanding their size range. If they are: great! We'll get your preferred size in for you as soon as humanly possible. If your size is currently out-of-stock, we'll ask Punk Rave to confirm their next mass-production timeline for the item, and then let you know.
What payment cards do you accept?We accept all major credit cards through PayPal secure checkout, as well as PayPal account. We also offer ZipPay, LayBuy, Humm, WizPay & Pay It Later (Buy Now, Pay Later) for Australian customers; LayBuy for New Zealand & UK customers, and PayPal Credit for US Customers.
Can I pay with a different currency?Short answer: No. Australia customers pay using Australian currency. All other customers pay using US currency.
I live overseas. Do you ship Internationally?Yes, we do. We ship to most countries around the world.

Please include your full name and invoice number (found in order history) when submitting your request. Cancellation requests for China based items must be received within 1 hour of order payment. Any order cancellation requests received after this time cannot be cancelled. Please kindly understand.

It's been three days and I haven't received my order yet! Where is it?Domestic Orders
Please allow 3 - 7 business days for domestic orders. Some orders are delivered within 2 days. Some orders require 10 business days (WA) to reach your front door. Remote areas may take longer. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and Australia Post delivery delays, delivery times may be extended in your area. Please check the Australian COVID-19 Government Website for latest updates.
All shipping times published on our website are estimates only, and should only be used as a guide given the current COVID-19 world situation. Please understand that Punk Rave Australia is not liable or responsible for any delivery delays as shipping logistics & delivery schedules are beyond our control.
International Orders
Please allow up to 20 business days before contacting us. You can reasonably expect your order within 10 - 12 business days if you reside within a major capital city. If you reside outside a major capital city, delivery may take slightly longer. Please also keep up-to-date on your Country's COVID-19 situation. Some countries have imposed in-bound and out-bound flights restrictions for domestic health and security reasons. Other countries have closed their airports completely to outside visitors. Please understand that estimated delivery times are a guide only, as actual shipping times may be longer due to your Country's COVID-19 health regulations and/or in-bound/out-bound flight restrictions.
Do You Offer Refunds?If, for any reason, you're not 100% happy with your Punk Rave brand item purchase within the first 14days of receipt of order, you may return your Punk Rave brand item to us for an instore credit.
