• You have a lot of 'Out Of Stock' items. Why is that?
  • That's a great question! Punk Rave Australia offers both Australian based items (which are always in stock) and China based items (stock fluctuates daily). The 'Out Of Stock' items are always China based items because Punk Rave mass-produces their range on (3) three criteria:

    - the current season (ie: Summer/Spring or Winter/Autumn);
    - new Season Collection release (takes priority over all other productions);
    - general consumer demand for specific items;

    If the item is hugely popular (like some of our gorgeous coats and jackets), Punk Rave will mass produce these items on a regular basis. If the item isn't as popular, Punk Rave waits for increased consumer demand before allocating mass-production time. Non-popular out-of-stock items are not considered: "discontinued". These items are merely 'out-of-stock pending increased consumer demand' requests before they are scheduled for mass production.

  • Where Do I Find Your Size Charts?
  • Each product (where relevant) has its own sizechart for ease of body size checking. All sizecharts are located under the large main product image on the product page. Click through the little thumbnails and you'll find the sizechart last. Click on the sizechart and a larger version is displayed.

  • I love your clothes but you don't have my size!
  • We're sorry to hear that. Fortunately, all is not lost. Just email us your measurements (please use a cloth based tape measure) and we'll check with Punk Rave to see if they are expanding their size range. If they are: great! We'll get your preferred size in for you as soon as humanly possible. If your size is currently out-of-stock, we'll ask Punk Rave to confirm their next mass-production timeline for the item, and then let you know.

  • What payment cards do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit cards through PayPal secure checkout, as well as PayPal account. We also offer ZipPay, LayBuy, Humm, WizPay & Pay It Later (Buy Now, Pay Later) for Australian customers; LayBuy for New Zealand & UK customers, and PayPal Credit for US Customers.

  • Can I pay with a different currency?
  • Short answer: No. Australia customers pay using Australian currency. All other customers pay using US currency.

  • I live overseas. Do you ship Internationally?
  • Yes, we do. We ship to most countries around the world.

  • Can I cancel my order?
  • Domestic Orders

    We process all orders within 30 minutes of payment so we can meet our fast dispatch promise. We cannot cancel any order that has already been sent to our warehouse.

    International Drop-Ship Orders

    If you purchased & paid for a China based item, you may submit a request to cancel order by contacting us via our contact us page. Please include your full name and invoice number (found in order history) when submitting your request. Cancellation requests for China based items must be received within 1 hour of order payment. Any order cancellation requests received after this time cannot be cancelled. Please kindly understand.

  • Do you offer tracking facilities for orders?
  • Yes, we do. For domestic deliveries, we use Australia Post with tracking and SMS updates as standard.

    For International deliveries, we use Australia Post, DHL Express, EMS (Express Mail Service), Aramex, and eParcel Services. Please read our Shipping Information page to gain a better understanding of what services are available for your country.

  • It's been three days and I haven't received my order yet! Where is it?
  • Domestic Orders

    Please allow 3 - 7 business days for domestic orders. Some orders are delivered within 2 days. Some orders require 10 business days (WA) to reach your front door. Remote areas may take longer. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and Australia Post delivery delays, delivery times may be extended in your area. Please check the Australian COVID-19 Government Website for latest updates.

    All shipping times published on our website are estimates only, and should only be used as a guide given the current COVID-19 world situation. Please understand that Punk Rave Australia is not liable or responsible for any delivery delays as shipping logistics & delivery schedules are beyond our control.

    International Orders

    Please allow up to 20 business days before contacting us. You can reasonably expect your order within 10 - 12 business days if you reside within a major capital city. If you reside outside a major capital city, delivery may take slightly longer. Please also keep up-to-date on your Country's COVID-19 situation. Some countries have imposed in-bound and out-bound flights restrictions for domestic health and security reasons. Other countries have closed their airports completely to outside visitors. Please understand that estimated delivery times are a guide only, as actual shipping times may be longer due to your Country's COVID-19 health regulations and/or in-bound/out-bound flight restrictions. 

  • Do You Offer Refunds?
  • If, for any reason, you're not 100% happy with your Punk Rave brand item purchase within the first 14days of receipt of order, you may return your Punk Rave brand item to us for an instore credit. 

    Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    All 14-Day Happiness Promise Return Requests are approved when a return is lodged through our website within the first 14 days of receipt of order. Any 14 Day Happiness Promise return request submitted after 14 days will be automatically rejected and cancelled.
